The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures in accordance with facility protocols. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical records, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and health management. The nurse will adhere to infection control and safety standards, participate in care planning, and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Additional tasks may include mentoring junior staff, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.Qualifications Valid nursing license/registration and recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and evidence-based nursing practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work rotating shifts, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm in high-pressure situations.Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings; experience in Dubai or GCC healthcare systems is an advantage.Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems.Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Life Support (ALS) or specialty certifications are a plus.
