The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and support during medical procedures across various specialties. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, coordinating with physicians and other clinicians, documenting care accurately in patient records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health, while supporting smooth clinic operations through triage, appointment coordination, and collaboration with the wider care team.Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the UAE; diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, basic life support (BLS), and infection control within outpatient or clinic settings.Experience in one or more relevant areas such as general practice, family medicine, dermatology, gynecology, or dental support is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and using electronic health record systems; basic computer literacy.Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are beneficial.Previous experience in a polyclinic or similar healthcare facility in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
