The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in line with clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient vital signs and conditions, documenting care accurately, and communicating effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The role involves educating patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance, supporting infection control and safety procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. The Registered Nurse will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate in training activities aligned with Aethera’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the UAE; diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.Strong knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice, infection control, and patient safety standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and using electronic health record systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, with strong time management and prioritization skills.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE is preferred; willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
