The role involves assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate clinical records, assisting with procedures, and providing education and support to patients and their families.The position is suitable for candidates with professional nursing qualifications and experience in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care, or other healthcare environments. Previous clinical nursing experience is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, professional, and patient-centered nursing care according to established clinical procedures.Assess patients' physical condition, symptoms, and general health status.Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and changes in clinical condition.Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and approved nursing procedures.Verify medication information, dosage, timing, and patient details before administration.Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, treatments, and medical interventions.Perform routine nursing procedures within the scope of professional practice.Maintain appropriate infection-control and patient-safety practices.Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report significant concerns to the supervising physician or appropriate healthcare professional.Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and follow established emergency procedures.Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions as required.Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and other activities of daily living when appropriate.Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate approach toward patients.Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, health conditions, and appropriate follow-up care.Communicate relevant patient information effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient medical records.Document nursing assessments, interventions, medication administration, and patient responses.Prepare and maintain nursing equipment and clinical supplies.Check medical equipment and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate supervisor.Ensure patient rooms and clinical areas remain clean, safe, and properly organized.Follow established infection-prevention, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.Assist with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and related nursing documentation.Support the coordination of patient care between different healthcare departments.Monitor and maintain
