The organization values integrity, respect, and clear communication in every interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based at JALEEL MEDICAL CENTER in Ajman. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical standards and facility policies. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion, while maintaining infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves participating in quality improvement activities, attending relevant trainings, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license from the relevant regulatory authority and eligibility to practice in the UAE.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Demonstrated clinical competence in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize patient needs.Commitment to patient safety, infection control practices, and adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards.Basic computer literacy and ability to use electronic medical records or documentation systems.Previous experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred; experience in Ajman or broader UAE healthcare systems is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
