Registered Nurse

Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at IBO Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while delivering personalized care services in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following safety and medical protocols.Monitor patient conditions by observing vital signs, symptoms, and behaviors.Assist physicians in performing diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and other treatments.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare.Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.Ensure patient comfort and safety by providing emotional support and responding to patient needs promptly.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, technicians, and support staff, to provide coordinated care.Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.Adhere to IBO Medical Center’s standards of care and ethical guidelines.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.Experience with gynecology specialty is preferred. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the relevant health authority.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and patient care techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.Commitment to continuous professional development and patient care excellence.
