The clinic works within a multidisciplinary framework to ensure a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach. Registered Nurse: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse – Mental Health to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with mental health and psychiatric conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to assess patients, implement individualized care plans, monitor treatment outcomes, and promote recovery and patient safety.ResponsibilitiesAssure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physiciansProvide care education to patients in person or over the phoneAdhere to compliance guidelines throughout processesParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment plan.Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medication, coping strategies, and follow-up care.Apply appropriate therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques.Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and continuing professional developmentQualifications, License & ExperienceMust be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensureCPR, ACLS, and BCLS CertificationKnowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA complianceValid DHA Registered Nurse license or DHA eligibility letter.Interested candidates should submit by email a single PDF file containing: a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and contact information for two referees to: hr@camaliclinic.com
