Our multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s needs, supporting recovery, well-being, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.Role DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within Tanasuq Medical Hospital’s holistic and multidisciplinary model. Responsibilities include:Assessing patients, collecting and documenting medical histories and vital signs, and developing and implementing nursing care plans.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed and monitoring patients’ responses.Identifying changes in patients’ physical or mental health, promptly informing the medical team, and taking appropriate action.Supporting therapeutic and rehabilitative programs through coordination with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.Educating patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and mental health awareness.Maintaining accurate clinical records and complying with patient safety and infection control protocols.Completing clear and accurate shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.Contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices and care processes.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent accredited nursing qualification.Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Nurse.Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and monitoring physical and mental health conditions.Experience or a strong interest in mental health and rehabilitation; experience in multidisciplinary or behavioral health settings is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team.Proficiency in clinical documentation, electronic health records, and basic computer applications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, patient safety, and infection control.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple patients, and remain calm and professional in demanding situations.Proficiency in both Arabic and English.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.Mental health–related training is an advantage.
