The complex values compassionate care and professional excellence across all disciplines.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessing patient status, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care in accordance with clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The nurse will support therapeutic interventions, assist in crisis management, ensure a safe environment, and educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies. The role also involves adhering to infection control and safety standards, participating in quality improvement activities, and maintaining accurate, confidential patient records.Qualifications Current nursing license/registration as a Registered Nurse, with eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Demonstrated experience or strong interest in mental health or psychiatric nursing.Knowledge of therapeutic communication, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention in mental health settings.Ability to conduct patient assessments, administer medications safely, and follow clinical protocols and care plans.Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records or clinical information systems.Effective interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work in shifts, maintain professional boundaries, and manage stressful or sensitive situations with composure.Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to local regulations and organizational policies.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional mental health or psychiatric nursing certifications are an advantage.Experience in hospital or clinical settings within mental health, behavioral health, or related specialties is preferred.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
