The nurse will support dentists during procedures, prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and MOH regulations. Daily responsibilities include assessing patients, recording medical and dental histories, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with local anesthesia and minor dental procedures as permitted by licensure. The nurse will educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene, manage clinical documentation, coordinate appointments, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.Qualifications Valid UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) license as a Registered Nurse, with eligibility to practice in a dental/clinical setting in Ajman.Recognized nursing qualification (Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing) and current registration with relevant nursing authority.Clinical experience in dental, oral health, or outpatient clinic settings, including chairside assistance and patient monitoring.Knowledge and practical application of infection control, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols in dental care.Strong patient assessment, documentation, and record-keeping skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly to clinical emergencies.Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and non-discriminatory patient care.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, training, and compliance with MOH and facility policies.
