Registered Nurse-for Home Health

Registered Nurse (Homecare)Responsibilities:Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.Deliver specialized care to patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support.Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilator monitoring, and other required nursing procedures.Monitor vital signs and report changes in the patient's condition promptly.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Maintain proper infection control and patient safety practices.Assist with daily living activities and educate patients and families on homecare procedures.Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.Coordinate with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.Valid DHA Eligibility/License.Strong experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator management is required.Previous homecare nursing experience is preferred.Good knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and emergency response.Preferably fluent in English and Tagalog, with basic Arabic communication skills.Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.Preferred Language: English and Tagalog; basic Arabic is an advantage.
