Tarmeem’s multidisciplinary teams work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, specialized care in a modern, patient-centered environment.Role Description The Registered Nurse – IP (Arabic) provides direct, holistic nursing care to inpatients in the orthopedic and spine units, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery outcomes. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi includes assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, assisting physicians during procedures, and coordinating interdisciplinary care plans. The nurse documents all care accurately, responds promptly to changes in patient condition, and supports pain management and rehabilitation processes in line with hospital protocols. Daily responsibilities also include patient and family education, infection control practices, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines and quality standards. The role requires effective communication in Arabic and English with patients, families, and colleagues, and participation in continuous professional development and shifts as required.Qualifications Clinical nursing skills in inpatient acute care, preferably in orthopedic and spine specialties, with proficiency in medication administration, patient assessment, and post-operative care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with the ability to educate patients and families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Solid understanding of infection control, patient safety, and evidence-based nursing practices, with commitment to quality improvement and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.Competence in electronic medical records and basic computer skills to document care accurately and manage patient information efficiently.Valid Registered Nurse license from an appropriate regulatory authority; eligibility for licensing in Abu Dhabi (DOH/HAAD) is required.Recognized nursing degree or diploma (Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent) and completion of relevant clinical training.Experience in orthopedic, spine, or surgical inpatient settings is highly desirable; previous experience in a specialty or tertiary care hospital is an advantage.Ability to work in rotating shifts, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in a diverse patient population.
