Registered Nurse with DOH- offshore duty Abudhabi

Hiring: Offshore Registered Nurse (DOH Licensed)Location: Offshore (3 Months Onsite / 1 Month Paid Leave rotation)Employment Type: Full-time, RotationalWe are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Registered Nurse with an active Department of Health (DOH) license to join our medical team supporting offshore operations. This position requires providing comprehensive emergency, occupational, and primary healthcare to crew members in a demanding offshore environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide round-the-clock emergency medical response, advanced first aid, and primary care to offshore personnel.Manage medical evacuations (Medevac) and liaise with onshore medical facilities during critical situations.Oversee site hygiene, food safety standards, and occupational health audits.Maintain medical inventory, equipment calibration, and pharmaceutical supplies on board.Conduct health surveillance, wellness assessments, and safety inductions for crew members.Maintain accurate medical records and document all incidents in compliance with maritime and DOH standards.Requirements & QualificationsLicense: Valid DOH (Department of Health) Registered Nurse License is mandatory.Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS, and ITLS/PHTLS certifications.Offshore Certifications: Valid BOSIET / HUET and Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate (or willingness to obtain before deployment).Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in ER, ICU, or previous offshore/remote healthcare.Skills: Strong decision-making abilities, high autonomy, and proficiency in trauma management and triage.Work Schedule & PackageRotation: 3 Months Offshore / 1 Month On-Leave.Comprehensive compensation package, including offshore allowances, travel coverage, comprehensive medical insurance, and paid rotational leave.
