The nurse will deliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting activities of daily living. Responsibilities include developing and updating care plans, documenting clinical findings accurately, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on treatment, medication, and health maintenance. The role also involves maintaining strict infection control practices, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to Department of Health (DOH) regulations and organizational policies.Salary up to 8000 AED+ transportation + other benifits Qualifications Valid DOH (Department of Health) license as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi; eligibility to work in the UAE.Recognized nursing degreeDemonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs..Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.Knowledge of infection control standards, patient safety practices, and DOH regulations and guidelines.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond to changing patient needs in a home care environment.Professional attitude, ethical practice, and commitment to confidentiality and respect for patient rights.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Life Support (ALS) is a plus.
