The company values professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on patient care.Role Description The Registered Pharmacist will work full time on-site in the Greater Vadodara Area, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, checking dosages, and providing clear guidance to customers on the proper use, storage, and potential side effects of prescribed and over-the-counter medicines. The role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory, and supporting adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards. The pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed, help resolve medication-related queries, and support patient counseling and health awareness initiatives. Additional duties include maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment, assisting with audits and compliance checks, and contributing to customer service and store operations as required.Qualifications Valid registration as a Pharmacist with the appropriate state pharmacy council and eligibility to practice in India.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription interpretation.Experience with pharmacy operations, including inventory management, billing systems, and record-keeping.Excellent communication skills for patient counseling, with the ability to explain medication use in clear, simple language.Attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Vadodara Area, including flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with pharmacy management software is an advantage.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or B.Pharm); prior retail or hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
