The team culture emphasizes professional ethics, collaboration, and continuous improvement to better serve patients and partners.Role Description The Registered Pharmacist will work on-site in the United Arab Emirates in a full-time capacity, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing, storage, and handling of medications and aesthetic medical products. Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, counseling healthcare providers and clients on proper product use, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with local regulations. The role involves reviewing product information, checking for drug interactions, and supporting quality assurance processes for all stocked items. The Registered Pharmacist will collaborate with the sales and medical teams to provide clinical guidance, assist with product selection, and uphold pharmacovigilance and patient safety standards. Additional tasks may include participating in audits, supporting regulatory documentation, and contributing to continuous education initiatives within the organization.Qualifications Valid registration and license as a Pharmacist in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure (e.g., DHA, HAAD, MOH).Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and safe dispensing practices, preferably with exposure to aesthetic or cosmetic medical products.Experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, stock management, and regulatory documentation.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.High attention to detail, ethical decision-making, and commitment to patient safety and professional standards.Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and basic computer applications.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or higher from an accredited institution.Previous experience in retail, hospital, or clinic-based pharmacy in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
