We operate from Lagos, Nigeria, and deliver the Ontario Secondary School Diploma and Canadian academic pathways to students on the continent.We are seeking a highly organized, polished and academically minded professional to serve as Registrar & Student Services at our Lagos centre.This is a hands-on role with primary responsibility for student academic records, transcript review, graduation planning, academic documentation and Ontario student registration, alongside centre administration and institutional support.The Registrar & Student Services will ensure that every student's academic record is accurate, their pathway to graduation is clearly mapped, and their course selections remain aligned with Ontario graduation requirements and their intended university programme. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore Responsibility — Registrar, Academic Records & University Pathways Review and audit incoming transcripts, academic records and supporting documentation.Register and maintain student information within applicable Ontario Ministry of Education systems under Northbridge Collegiate's BSID, under the direction of Canadian academic leadership.Maintain complete, accurate, confidential and audit-ready student records, transcripts and academic documentation.Manage student setup across the LMS and academic systems, including account creation, course enrolment, access and ongoing record updates.Assess each student's academic standing against Ontario graduation requirements and develop an individualized Graduation Blueprint identifying completed and outstanding credits, compulsory requirements, prerequisites and planned courses.Monitor progress toward graduation, identify credit or prerequisite gaps early, and ensure course selections align with both graduation requirements and intended university programmes.Research and track university admission requirements, programme prerequisites, deadlines and required documentation.Serve as a key liaison with Canadian university admissions teams regarding Northbridge students, including transcripts, supporting documentation and application requirements.Support university applications and track offers, conditions and outstanding requirements.Prepare individualized student profiles and university reference letters in collaboration with academic leadership.Build professional relationships with university admissions and recruitment representatives and coordinate student information sessions, visits and other university engagement activitiesInstitutional Support Support the smooth day-to-day administration of the Lagos centre.Maintain accurate records of tuition instalments and outstanding balances.Follow up professionally on outstanding accounts.Maintain organized administrative records, schedules and institutional documentation.Coordinate the administration of examinations and assessments at the Lagos centre in accordance with strict invigilation procedures.Maintain accurate attendance and punctuality records.Monitor required instructional hours and promptly flag attendance deficiencies.Assist with Open Houses, parent information sessions, university events, orientations and student activities.Support enrolment and marketing initiatives as required (and on occasional weekends).Represent Northbridge professionally when interacting with students, families, university representatives, partners and visitors. REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree from a recognized institution.Specifically a female3–5 years of relevant experience in academic/school administration, study abroad organizations , university admissions, educational counselling or a related environment.Demonstrated ability to review and interpret secondary-school transcripts, graduation requirements, course prerequisites and academic records.Experience with Ontario or Canadian secondary education is strongly preferred; substantial experience with British, IB or other international curricula will also be considered.Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in maintaining academic records and documentation.Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills.Exceptional writing ability, particularly for formal correspondence, student profiles, reports and university reference letters.Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate professionally with students, parents, educators and senior professionals.Ability to handle confidential student information with discretion and sound judgement.Strong digital skills and the ability to learn student information systems, Ontario education systems, CRM platforms and other institutional technology.
