Recognized for community impact and workforce development, AMG provides learners with structured, rigorous training designed to prepare future nurses for successful licensing and clinical careers.Position OverviewThe Registrar manages and maintains all official student records, registration processes, and academic documentation. This role serves as the central administrative authority for enrollment tracking, transcript evaluation, grading, academic status monitoring, and graduation audits. Working closely with academic leadership and faculty, the Registrar ensures strict institutional integrity and adherence to state, federal (FERPA), and nursing board standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Records & Data Integrity:Maintain complete, confidential, and accurate student academic records, files, and permanent transcripts.Administer and update the Student Information System (SIS) with timely grade entries, attendance records, course schedules, and enrollment changes.Ensure full institutional compliance with FERPA, state education departments, and relevant nursing regulatory bodies.Registration & Enrollment:Coordinate term-by-term registration, add/drop periods, withdrawals, leaves of absence, and course scheduling.Process transfer credits, course evaluations, and prerequisites in coordination with academic leadership.Monitor enrollment numbers and collaborate with admissions to support incoming cohort onboarding.Audits, Reporting & Licensure Support:Conduct comprehensive degree and graduation audits to verify completion of program requirements.Prepare and certify candidate documentation for NCLEX board examination eligibility and state nursing board licensure.Compile statistical reports on retention, attrition, graduation rates, and academic standing for internal leadership and regulatory agencies.Student & Faculty Services:Serve as the primary point of contact for transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and academic record inquiries.Advise students on academic policies, deadlines, and graduation requirements.Support faculty with grading submissions, attendance tracking, and roster reconciliations.QualificationsEducation: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Experience:3+ years of experience in a registrar’s office, academic affairs, or student records administration.Prior experience in nursing, allied health, or vocational higher education is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills
