Registration Volunteer – Job DescriptionPosition: Registration VolunteerDuration: 3 DaysDates: 7th, 8th & 9th SeptemberIndustry: Exhibitions & EventsJob SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Registration Volunteers to support the registration and visitor management team during the exhibition.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and assist visitors at the self-registration kiosks.Assist with badge scanning and verification.Manage queues and ensure a smooth flow of visitors.Guide visitors through the registration process.Assist visitors with any basic registration-related queries.Ensure the registration area remains organized and professional.Report any technical or registration issues to the relevant team.Carry out other registration-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.BenefitsCertificate of Participation upon successful completion.Compensation/allowance for the volunteering period 50AED per day.Valuable hands-on experience in the exhibitions and events industry.RequirementsGood communication and customer service skills.Friendly, professional, and presentable.Responsible and punctual.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience is not required.Join our team and gain valuable experience at a professional exhibition!
