Scientific Office and Regulatory Manager BCH Represents BCH as a competent and reliable partner to the relevant competent authorities and stakeholders on all regulatory and scientific matters.2. Interface with the local regulatory authorities and stakeholders on behalf of BCH in all regulatory and scientific matters, acting as the company contact person and representative and contributing to an excellent company image and to the company success by building regulatory networking and maintaining professional relationships with national regulators, local industry organizations and key opinion leaders.3. Member of the cluster CH Regulatory team and local CH management team4. Responsible for the management of the local portfolio including new and existing marketing authorizations in KSA including products in other categories (cosmetics, medical devices and food supplement).5. Contribution to the local business growth in Saudi providing guidance and advice to local business and regional/global functions on the regulatory strategy development and processes as well as issues and risks6. Fosters the business growth and sustainability by managing regulatory activities and processes in line with the overall local and regional strategy ensuring consumer centricity, innovation and regulatory excellence7. Decide on, drive and actively support the implementation of regulatory strategy, tailored to the special needs of Saudi country.8.Actively supports the local organization with product-related issue and risk management activities9. Coordinates with the Commercial Lead for the implementation of the public policy goals and improving the recognition of self-care importance by governmental authorities establishing trusted work relationship with competent Authorities and relevant stakeholders.10. Leads the scientific office for BCH in Saudi Arabia, making sure practice is running smoothly, providing intelligence on current or emerging changes to national regulations/environment and act as a liaison between business and governmental parties.11. Review the external regulatory environment and share intelligence with relevant internal parties, understanding and communicating the impact of the information in relation to the CH business12. Keep up to date with Local and Global codes, regulations and laws13. May serve as Bayer representative to local trade association regulatory committeesYour Experience1. Scientific degree (i.e. PhD, PharmD etc.) or equivalent 2. Knowledge of national regulatory requirements and experience in managing national registration procedures (min. 5 years) 3. Has business insight to consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions to align goals with overall business growth. 4. Ability to build collaborative relationships by partnering with stakeholders to drive projects delivery & credits others for their contributions and accomplishments. 5. Strong Customer focus to serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key authorities, using customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings.6. Capable of managing ambiguity and dealing constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.7. Eagerness to explore and apply emerging digital tools, including AI and workflow automation8. Instills trust through, honors commitments and keeps confidences. 9. Drives results, by setting agile goals and always keeps the end in sight; putting in extra effort to meet deadlines.10.
