Combining performance, style, and innovation, KitchenAid empowers passionate makers to take their skills to the next level.This role in summaryThe Analyst, Regulatory Affairs (RA) will manage regulatory affairs for the Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia region, including regulatory monitoring, developing, facilitating and implementing government regulatory strategies in collaboration and execution with both the KitchenAid Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) business unit and engineering groups. This position reports to the Manager Regulatory Affairs EMEA and Asia.Hybrid working with 4 days per week in our Grimbergen office and remote working on Fridays.Your responsibilities will include Support KitchenAid SDA business unit during the development and introduction of new products to drive strategic and effective product regulatory compliance.Monitor, analyse and communicate on current and emerging regulatory requirements for the Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia region related to the KitchenAid SDA product portfolio.Collaborate with the KitchenAid SDA business unit and engineering groups to support effective implementation of regulatory requirements.Deploy strategies, programs, policies, manuals, guidelines, and training programs to continually reduce risk of non-compliance with current and upcoming regional product regulatory guidelines, rules, and regulations.Lead regional inputs to global product requirements database, and maintain forward-looking regulatory roadmaps to inform product planning process.Drive regional projects and outcomes to support global regulatory affairs objectives and priorities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business functions, including government relations, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and legal.Liaise and support the Whirlpool collaboration with APPLIA and AMDEA associations.
