This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory documentation for medical and aesthetic products, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting regulatory submissions, tracking approval timelines, and communicating with regulatory authorities and notified bodies as needed. The specialist will monitor changes in regulatory requirements, update internal policies and product files, and collaborate with quality, operations, and commercial teams to maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle. The role also involves participating in audits, maintaining accurate records, and providing regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Documentation and Regulatory Submissions.Candidates should be registered pharmacist in UAE.Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements.Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Affairs and related regulatory processes.Knowledge of medical device or aesthetic product regulations in the UAE and GCC region.Experience interpreting and applying international standards (e.g., ISO, EU MDR, FDA guidelines) is advantageous.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.Prior experience in regulatory affairs within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
