In this role, you will monitor regulatory requirements, manage compliance obligations, coordinate with regulatory authorities, and support internal departments in ensuring that the company’s activities, products, and services remain aligned with applicable laws and regulations.SummaryAs a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s regulatory affairs and compliance activities. You will monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, manage licenses and approvals, maintain regulatory obligations, conduct compliance reviews, and ensure that identified gaps and regulatory observations are appropriately addressed.The role combines regulatory monitoring, compliance management, regulatory risk assessment, licensing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, providing an opportunity to work closely with regulatory authorities, executive management, and multiple internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Affairs ManagementMonitor applicable laws, regulations, decisions, circulars, and instructions issued by the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), National Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), and other relevant regulatory authorities.Analyze new and amended regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the company’s business, products, services, and operations.Translate regulatory requirements into clear and actionable procedures and implementation requirements for relevant departments.Manage and monitor licenses, approvals, permits, registrations, and other regulatory requirements necessary for the company to conduct its business.Manage official correspondence with regulatory authorities and follow up on responses, commitments, and resulting obligations.Coordinate with internal departments to prepare accurate and timely data, reports, submissions, and responses required by regulatory authorities.Represent the company, within the scope of delegated authority, in regulatory meetings, workshops, and discussions.Build and maintain effective professional relationships with relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders.Compliance ManagementSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s regulatory compliance framework.Develop, review, and periodically update compliance policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.Establish and maintain the Regulatory Obligations Register, ensuring that regulatory requirements, responsible departments, deadlines, and compliance status are properly documented and monitored.Monitor the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.Conduct periodic compliance reviews and assessments to identify compliance gaps and potential regulatory risks.Identify instances of non-compliance, develop corrective action plans, and monitor their implementation through to closure.Establish and maintain a formal mechanism for monitoring, assessing, and tracking regulatory changes.Review regulatory correspondence, reports, submissions, and responses prior to submission to regulatory authorities.Monitor and follow up on requests, inquiries, observations, notices, and findings received from regulatory authorities.Manage and monitor the outcomes of regulatory inspections, reviews, and supervisory activities.Ensure that regulatory observations, violations, and corrective actions are addressed and resolved within the specified deadlines.Regulatory Risk ManagementIdentify and assess regulatory and compliance risks that may affect the company’s business, reputation, operations, or continuity of services.Support the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation and corrective measures for identified regulatory risks.Monitor compliance gaps and emerging regulatory risks and provide timely recommendations to management.Provide regulatory compliance advice and guidance to internal departments on applicable requirements and obligations.Support management in maintaining a proactive approach to regulatory compliance and minimizing the risk of violations, penalties, and regulatory exposure.Regulatory Reporting & DocumentationCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reports, submissions, notifications, responses, and other required deliverables.Ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, properly reviewed, and submitted within the required deadlines.Maintain appropriate records of regulatory correspondence, submissions, approvals, licenses, commitments, observations, and regulatory decisions.Prepare regular management reports highlighting regulatory compliance status, key obligations, open actions, risks, and regulatory developments.Regulatory Inspections & Follow-UpCoordinate the company’s preparation and response to regulatory inspections, reviews, audits, inquiries, and supervisory activities.Track regulatory observations and findings and ensure that responsible departments develop appropriate corrective action plans.Monitor corrective actions and follow up with stakeholders until all observations and requirements are formally closed.Provide management with regular updates on the status of regulatory observations, violations, and remediation activities.Support internal departments in understanding their regulatory obligations and required compliance actions.Coordinate with business and support functions to ensure regulatory deadlines and commitments are met.Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to continuously improve compliance processes.Support initiatives focused on strengthening regulatory governance, operational compliance, and business continuity.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.8–11 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, telecommunications, technology, or other regulated industries.Previous experience in highly regulated sectors such as telecommunications, technology, digital services, financial services, infrastructure, or similar industries.Proven experience in regulatory compliance, including managing regulatory and supervisory requirements and dealing with governmental and regulatory authorities.Experience in regulatory monitoring, licensing, permits, approvals, regulatory submissions, inspections, and official correspondence.Experience developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, frameworks, and regulatory obligations registers.Professional courses, certifications, or specialized training in regulatory affairs, compliance, risk management, governance, or a related field are considered an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and regulatory frameworks.Strong knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Management.Good understanding of Regulatory Risk Management and compliance risk assessment.Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business actions.Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures.Profeciency in preparing regulatory reports, submissions, responses, and management reports.Experience in licensing, permit, approval, and regulatory obligation management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate effectively with management, internal departments, and regulatory authorities.High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.Strong relationship-building and coordination skills.Excellent planning, organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage
