Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to assist our client's Project Controls team in adhering to the relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies that affect its operations. The ideal candidate is fundamentally sound in executive reporting, regulatory, legal writing, and discovery. The regulatory compliance specialist may perform various tasks, such as:Conducting audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risksDeveloping and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programsMonitoring and reporting on the status and effectiveness of compliance activitiesResearching and staying updated on the changes and developments in the regulatory environmentLiaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as management, employees, regulators, auditors, and customersProviding guidance and advice on compliance issues and best practices
