Support Veeva document management activities, archive governance, user support, training and continuous improvement of documentation processesSupport budget tracking, capacity planning and demand forecasting for the documentation and legalization activities, anticipating business needs and workload fluctuations. Contribute to digital transformation, operational excellence, process harmonization and system enhancement initiatives while fostering a strong one-team mindset and collaborative partnerships across functionsYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Regulatory Documentation, Legalization & Archive ManagementLead the production, coordination and maintenance of regulatory, legal and legalization documentation, ensuring timely delivery of compliant dossiers, certificates, study reports and supporting records for registrations and product lifecycle managementManage regulatory archives and documentation repositories, ensuring document governance, version control, retention, traceability, accessibility and inspection readiness in compliance with regulatory and company requirementsCoordinate document collection, review, certification, notarization and legalization activities with internal stakeholders and external partners to support global regulatory and business needsRegulatory Systems, Knowledge Management & User SupportServe as the business administrator and subject matter expert for regulatory documentation and records management within Veeva and related document management systems. Manage document governance, system configuration, user support, and training, while providing guidance on documentation requirements, best practices, and information retrievalOperational Excellence, Digital Transformation & Strategic ProjectsDrive the harmonization, optimization, and digital transformation of global documentation, legalization and records management processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, automation, and user experience. Support system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing documentation and regulatory information expertise to strategic business projects, including due diligence, acquisitions, divestments, in-licensing, litigation, and other corporate initiativesPlanning, Budget & Business SupportSupport budget monitoring, reporting and forecasting activities related to documentation, legalization and regulatory systems servicesContribute to capacity planning and workload forecasting to anticipate future business needs, resource requirements and service demands. Monitor documentation metrics, service levels and operational performance indicators to support proactive decision-making and resource planningARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Regulatory Sciences, Information Management or a related discipline5+ years of experience in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Documentation, Regulatory Information Management or Records Management within a regulated industryExperience working with Veeva or equivalent document and regulatory information management systemsStrong organizational, planning and document control skills with high attention to detail and qualityExperience supporting process harmonization, operational excellence, system enhancements and digital transformation initiativesAbility to support budget tracking, workload monitoring, capacity planning and reporting activitiesStrong communication, training and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused and one-team mindsetProactive, collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environmentFluent in English, written and spoken Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
