About the Role:We are seeking a Financial Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join the Financial Regulatory Reporting team. This position will support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports across U.S. operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in accordance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc regulatory reports for U.S. regulatory authorities.Support Federal Reserve, FFIEC, Department of Treasury, and Department of Commerce reporting, including FR Y-15, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FFIEC 002, FFIEC 009, TIC, BE-605, BE-15, and BE-125 reports.Reconcile regulatory reporting data to the General Ledger (GL) and investigate discrepancies.Perform data validation, variance analysis, and quality-control reviews.Monitor changes to regulatory reporting instructions and accounting standards and incorporate updates into reporting processes.Maintain and update procedures and documentation related to regulatory requirements.Track assigned responsibilities, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Product Control, and other internal stakeholders.Provide support to management and team members on regulatory reporting initiatives and projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.2–3+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting, regulatory reporting, product control, or a similar function.Banking or capital markets experience required.Experience with Big 4 or large regional accounting firms, particularly supporting banking or capital markets clients, is highly preferred.Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial/regulatory reporting.Understanding of financial products such as loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, money market products, and repos.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or other BI/data analytics tools is a plus.Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.*** Pay range- $50.00-$53.00/hourBenefits InfoRussell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
