Hiring: Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst | Dublin | HybridWe are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join a team in Dublin, working onsite 3 days per week.Key RequirementsStrong experience in Regulatory Reporting, including:FINREPCOREPAnaCreditESG ReportingStatistical ReportingPillar 3Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements ManagementStrong understanding of Axiom / Nasdaq regulatory reporting solutionsExperience managing change portfolios, delivery backlogs and project governanceKnowledge of supplier management, third-party risk frameworks and operational governanceHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and VisioExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsStrong documentation, reporting and presentation capabilitiesAbility to work effectively across Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology and Vendor teamsGood understanding of SDLC, SIT, UAT/BAT and post-implementation review processes
