In this role, the individual will build and deepen customer relationships by actively engaging with clients, identifying financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking, lending, and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include opening and servicing accounts, processing transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and cross-selling bank products and services to support customers’ financial goals. The Relationship Banker will also assist with branch sales initiatives, participate in community outreach activities, and ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. This role involves close collaboration with branch teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.Qualifications Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and provide tailored financial solutions.Sales and cross-selling skills to identify opportunities, explain product benefits clearly, and meet individual and branch performance goals.Cash handling, transaction processing, and basic accounting skills to perform day-to-day banking operations accurately and efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs, address issues, and apply sound judgment in a regulated environment.Comfort with banking technology, core systems, and digital tools, with the ability to help customers use online and mobile banking services.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance, privacy, and risk management.Prior experience in retail banking, customer-facing financial services, or a similar role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.Willingness to work on
