This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and serving as a primary point of contact for retail and small business customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries; opening new accounts; explaining banking products and services; and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. The Relationship Banker will also support loan inquiries and applications, handle basic financial service needs, resolve customer issues promptly, and collaborate with branch team members to ensure an excellent client experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to engage clients and foster long-term partnerships.Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Services and Finance to effectively explain products and support everyday banking needs.Candidates should possess familiarity with Loans to assist with applications, documentation, and basic credit inquiries.Relevant experience in retail or community banking, or a closely related financial services environment, is preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with attention to accuracy and detail in transactions.Ability to work on-site in a branch setting, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing customer needs.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
