قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob DescriptionInsight Global is currently seeking a Relationship Manager/Project Coordinator to support a large R&D Pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA. This role will be a hybrid schedule of 1-2 days onsite a week and the remaining days can be worked remotely. Responsibilities for the role include:Overseeing and managing activities and performance of onsite project teams.Assist Project Manager with creating and maintaining client facing and internal reporting within CRM and SharePoint.Responsible for the oversight and execution of consultant onboarding process, consultant performance reviews and feedback as well as tracking various metrics for consultants and ongoing projects.Responsible for project wide communication and announcements.Document and distribute Project Leadership meeting minutes and notes.Facilitates project committees for personal and professional development of resources.Support the Project Manager in project financial auditing and on delivery related initiatives.Participate in training and development program(s) in order to increase delivery exposure and build leadership skills.Desired Skills & ExperienceAbility to work onsite in Spring House, PA 1-2 days per week.Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry or a science related degree.Minimum of 2 years of prior relationship management, project coordination or project management experience.Prior pharmaceutical industry work experience, ideally within R&D.Experience creating and editing professional documents, status reports, and financial reports.Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).Team lead/mentorship experience is strongly preferred.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting drug development programs within Large Molecule and/or Cell Therapy (CAR T) space.Assay development and execution experience: Bioanalysis (cell-based assays, target engagement), Pharmacokinetics (PK – ELISA, MSD), Immunogenicity (ADA, Nab), Molecular biology (PCR), Flow Cytometry, Cell Therapy process development and/or analytical testing experience, Viral vector + gene engineering exposure.Compensation$50,000 to $70,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
