With more than 5,000 clients across 108 countries, the team is committed to delivering seamless setup experiences, strategic partnerships, and measurable business growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for business setup, banking, and advisory services. Daily activities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams and banking partners, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role involves supporting clients through the entire setup lifecycle, including documentation, compliance, and follow-up, while identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional services. The Relationship Manager will also track client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to business development initiatives and market outreach.Qualifications Client relationship and account management: ability to build trust, manage portfolios, and provide ongoing support to diverse business clients.Business and financial advisory: understanding of business setup processes, corporate structures, banking products, and trade finance in the UAE.Communication and interpersonal skills: strong verbal and written communication, negotiation ability, and professional presentation with stakeholders.Organizational and coordination skills: capability to manage multiple client engagements, track documentation, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and bank partners.Analytical and problem-solving skills: aptitude for assessing client needs, interpreting regulatory and compliance requirements, and proposing practical solutions.Relevant experience: prior experience in relationship management, banking, consulting, or business setup services in the UAE is highly beneficial.Education: bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; additional certifications in banking or consulting are a plus.Other requirements: proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, familiarity with UAE regulatory environment, and the ability to work on-site in Dubai.
