This role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable advisory solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, performing financial needs analyses, presenting tailored financial plans, and following up on implementations and reviews. The Relationship Manager also collaborates with internal teams to ensure high service standards, manages client queries and concerns, and monitors market developments and product updates relevant to clients’ portfolios. The role requires consistent documentation of client interactions, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and contribution to business development initiatives and client engagement activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.Candidates should possess skills in financial planning, needs analysis, and basic investment or insurance product knowledge.Candidates should possess skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation for client-facing interactions.Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively.Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and be comfortable working in a technology-enabled environment.Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline are preferred, along with any applicable local regulatory certifications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high ethical standards and a strong commitment to professional conduct.Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, or wealth management is advantageous but not strictly required for highly motivated applicants.
