Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Support client onboarding and account activation
- Develop and manage a strong client portfolio
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
- Experience in Forex, CFDs, Financial Services, or a related industry
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Client-focused and target-driven mindset
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Strong knowledge of financial markets is an advantage
