Relationship Manager

Job brief:We are looking for highly driven Relationship Managers with strong experience in wealth management and a proven track record in client acquisition, prospecting, and sales closing.Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and relationship-driven channels
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline
• Schedule and conduct client meetings
• Prospect, negotiate, and close new business
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Grow and manage an established client bookRequired Education/Qualification/Experience
• Minimum 4 years of recent UAE wealth management experience
• Existing client book / established client network in Dubai
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing
• Strong knowledge and passion for equity investments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong English communication skills
• Currently based in the UAELocation: DubaiSalary: AED 12K - 18K/month+ incentives.Type of Employment: Permanent
