This role is responsible for acquiring, and managing a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include maintaining regular contact with clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, and monitoring account performance and risk. The Relationship Manager also supports business development efforts, prepares client proposals, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Strong client relationship management, account management, and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.Solid knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and basic financial planning to identify and recommend appropriate solutions.Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess client needs, interpret data, and manage risks within the portfolio.Proficiency in using digital banking platforms, CRM tools, and productivity software to manage client interactions and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or retail banking is preferred, especially in a highly digital environment.Ability to work on-site in Makati, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization.
