With a strong consolidated balance sheet and net worth, Kotak Mahindra Bank provides a dynamic environment for professionals seeking growth in the financial services sector.Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Barmer, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and/or SME banking customers. The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products such as accounts, loans, investment products, and insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will handle daily customer queries, support account servicing, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient and compliant service. The role includes achieving sales and revenue targets, cross-selling and upselling bank products, monitoring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and bank policies. The Relationship Manager is expected to represent Kotak Mahindra Bank professionally in the local market and support branch-level business development initiatives.Qualifications Strong relationship management, customer service, and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.Sales, cross-selling, and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting or exceeding financial product sales or revenue targets.Knowledge of retail banking products and services, such as savings and current accounts, loans, investment products, and insurance solutions.Basic understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation standards within the banking sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and relevant local languages.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to accuracy in customer data and documentation.Ability to work effectively in a branch environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple customer engagements.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
