Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – SalesSymbolic Developments | Dubai, UAESymbolic Developments is looking for Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to join our sales team. You’ll work closely with brokerage partners and prospective buyers, represent our projects, and help turn opportunities into completed sales.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokerage partners, investors, and prospective buyers.Present our projects, available units, and payment plans to brokers and clients.Generate new business through broker outreach, referrals, and direct prospecting.Manage leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, negotiation, and closing.Keep the CRM and sales pipeline accurate and up to date.Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams on project launches and sales activities.Share broker feedback and market insights to help improve our sales approach.What makes a strong applicantStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team.An established network of brokerage partners in Dubai.Experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably in off-plan property.A proactive approach to follow-up and a track record of closing deals.For the Senior Relationship Manager role, we’re looking for deeper market experience, a strong broker network, and the ability to grow key partnerships while supporting the wider team.About Symbolic DevelopmentsSymbolic Developments is a boutique Dubai real estate developer backed by the Speedex Group’s 35-year legacy in the UAE.
