1. Coordinate with bank representatives to support audits and corporate finance clients, ensuring smooth auditing processes and facilitating banking services for corporate clients.2. Ensure the Company's empanelment with relevant banks is completed and maintained, facilitating access to banking facilities and services for clients.3. Introduce SMEs and corporates to banking facilities such as letters of credit, trade finance, overdrafts, and loans — guiding clients through the application process from initiation to disbursement.4. Introduce audit clients seeking banking facilities, management support, or statutory/legal compliance services.5. Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.6. Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs in line with expectations and service terms.7. Prepare client/sales plans to manage each relationship according to client needs and potential, regularly reviewing the portfolio to assess future needs and income potential.8. Conduct outbound visits to business areas to introduce services and secure new clients.9. Arrange meetings between clients and the Company's advisors, Senior Manager, and CEO to understand client needs in depth.10. Prepare client proposals in coordination with the Professional Accountant and Business Analyst.11. Develop new business opportunities in line with market trends; implement strategic sales plans and market analysis to identify client needs, pricing, and discount structures.12. Stay current with client needs, competitor activity, and industry trends; deliver sales presentations and proposals with a strong closing rate.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of Commercial/Corporate banking experience in sales and marketing of financial products, with a client acquisition ("hunter") role specifically within the UAE market
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to multi-task across client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional European language fluency (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) is an advantage, given the client base
- Existing valid UAE work authorization/visa status preferred
- Prior experience with bank empanelment processes preferred
