This role is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships across the Escrow, Title, Accommodator, and Special Industry markets, working closely with department management to negotiate and close new business relationships.Job DutiesCall on and visit customers to promote and sell the Bank’s products and servicesAttend industry regional meetings and conferences as assigned to represent the Bank in strategic marketsLocate and propose potential business opportunities by contacting prospective partners and exploring new relationshipsPerform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s goals and objectivesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred4–6 years of progressive sales experienceStrong understanding of financial institution departments and operationsExcellent customer service skills via phone and emailStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh energy level and the ability to sell to customer needsAbility to develop a sales plan, prospect independently, and close new businessKnowledge of the Escrow, Title, and Accommodator markets preferredAbility to work effectively as a member of a teamApplicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.CompensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
