Relationship Manager – Financial Services

Job SummaryAetram Finserv LLC is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry. The role will focus on acquiring and managing client relationships, understanding investment needs, and delivering suitable financial solutions while ensuring high standards of client service and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, corporate, and retail clients.Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, business development, and market outreach.Understand clients’ financial goals, investment requirements, and risk profiles.Promote and explain the company’s financial and investment products and services.Manage the complete client relationship cycle, from onboarding to ongoing servicing.Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.Coordinate with internal teams including Compliance, Operations, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing.Ensure all client documentation and KYC requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and relationship expansion.Keep updated on financial markets, investment products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.3–8 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, or Financial Services.Strong existing client network / portfolio will be an advantage.Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.Good understanding of financial products, investment markets, and client risk profiling.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.UAE financial-services experience will be an advantage.Candidates with relevant CMA/SCA-regulated financial-services experience will be preferred.Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a growing financial-services organization.Exposure to HNI/UHNI and institutional client relationships.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
