This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with Insignia Preferred Banking clients, providing personalized banking solutions and ensuring high service standards. The Relationship Manager will handle onboarding of new preferred customers, review and optimize their portfolios, and cross-sell relevant banking products such as deposits, loans, investment, and insurance solutions. Responsibilities include regular client meetings, proactive account monitoring, resolving service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences. The role also involves achieving defined business targets while adhering to compliance, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client engagement.Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including cross-selling, portfolio management, and target achievement in a banking or financial services environment.Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth clients.Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, interpret financial information, and provide suitable banking and investment solutions.Relevant skills such as knowledge of retail banking products, preferred banking services, and basic investment and insurance concepts would be beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in relationship management or wealth/priority banking is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in South Mumbai, collaborate with internal teams, and comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements is essential.
