We believe in building long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and exceptional customer service.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Relationship Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and the real estate industry.Key Responsibilities* Connect with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture customer relationships.* Schedule and coordinate property site visits with customers.* Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions.* Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.* Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.* Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records.Eligibility* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).* Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.What You’ll Gain* Practical exposure to the real estate industry.* Hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead handling.* Mentorship from experienced professionals.* Opportunity to earn attractive performance-based incentives.* Potential for a full-time role based on performance.Working HoursTuesday To Sunday (Monday Off)10:00 AM – 7:00 PMLocation </strong>📍204, Eagle Era, Sus, Baner, PuneInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: homigo.realtors@gmail.com
