Role OverviewWe are supporting a leading global financial services organization in hiring a Relationship Manager – Premium Services based in Dubai.The role will focus on managing and strengthening relationships with premium and high-value customers, providing highly personalized service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with a portfolio of premium and high-value customers, acting as their key point of contact.Deliver a personalized and proactive service, understanding individual customer needs and preferences.Handle customer enquiries, requests and complex service requirements efficiently and professionally.Build strong, long-term relationships through regular engagement and proactive communication.Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of customer requests.Resolve sensitive or complex customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Maintain strong knowledge of relevant premium products, services, benefits and privileges.Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal policies, service standards and regulatory requirements.Candidate ProfileExperience in Relationship Management, Premium Customer Service, VIP Client Management or Client Services.Strong experience dealing with high-value, affluent, premium or VIP customers.Background in banking, financial services, premium cards, luxury hospitality, aviation, concierge or luxury services would be highly relevant.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Strong customer-service mindset with a polished and professional approach.Able to handle confidential and sensitive customer matters with discretion.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requirements.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.EmiratizationThis opportunity is part of an Emiratization initiative, supporting the continued development of local talent within the UAE.This is a confidential search.
