Relationship Manager - Retail Banking

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to be part of our Sales & Distribution team in Retail Banking.What You’ll DoDrive deposit and lending growth while meeting individual and branch targets.Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships to boost profitability.Deliver superior customer experiences through personalized financial solutions.Partner with product specialists to provide holistic banking, credit, and investment services.Engage clients with high-touch interactions—face-to-face meetings, seminars, and consistent communication.Proactively source referrals and network within communities to attract new business.Collaborate with branch teams to ensure every client enjoys a positive in-branch experience.Uphold compliance, operational controls, and confidentiality standards.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration).At least 2 years of experience in sales within a commercial or universal bank.Strong track record in sales, marketing, and account management.Excellent interpersonal skills, client service orientation, and a “can-do” attitude.Knowledge of banking products, treasury management, and credit skills (preferred).Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy with solid organizational and time management skills.
