Job ProfileManage a portfolio of customer relationships in Corporate, SME and Retail Banking segmentsResponsible for both assets and liability sales and to achieving assigned targetsIdentification of new credit business, analysis, and appraisal of credit proposals while adhering to the credit and compliance guidelines and policies of the bankEnsure that credit applications for new and existing facilities including renewals are completed correctlyGenerate Funded/Non Funded/Fx revenue and processing fees from new/existing limits as per targetsAnalyze and appraise new credit facilities and existing facilities for an annual reviewPerson ProfileMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in BankingGraduated from a recognized university or part/full qualification in BankingProfessional qualification in Sales/Marketing/Credit Management from a recognized professional instituteStrong written, verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal SkillsPossess excellent Analytical, Negotiation and Cross Selling SkillsTeam player and the ability to work independently
