Relationship Officer - Branch Sales

Job Title – Relationship Officer - Branch Sales Type - Long Term Work Location - Dubai & Abu Dhabi Salary - Up to 10000 AED Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through branch walk-ins, customer referrals, leads, and proactive sales activities.Sell and promote Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and other retail banking products.Acquire new customers and assist with current/savings account opening.Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Cross-sell and upsell relevant banking products to existing customers.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer service.Collect and verify required customer documents and ensure applications are complete and accurate.Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approval.Ensure all sales activities comply with banking policies, KYC, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.Requirements1–3+ years of UAE banking sales experience preferred.Mandatory experience in selling Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards.Experience with bank account opening and retail banking products.Strong track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.UAE banking/financial services experience is mandatory.Candidates with experience in branch sales, retail banking, direct sales, or relationship management are preferred.
