Reliability & Testing Lead

As Reliability & Testing Lead, you will play a critical role in defining enterprise testing strategy, driving software quality, and embedding reliability engineering practices across the organization. This is an opportunity to build scalable testing capabilities, strengthen platform resilience, and establish best practices from the ground up. Responsibilities• Define and lead the enterprise testing strategy across platforms and applications. • Design, maintain, and continuously improve automated test frameworks, regression suites, and release validation processes. • Lead site reliability engineering practices, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and error-budget management. • Track, report, and improve SLA and service-level objective performance across services. • Drive quality, timeliness, governance, and control standards across the Reliability & Testing function. • Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed quality and reliability throughout the delivery lifecycle. Requirements• 8+ years of experience leading Quality Engineering, Testing, and Site Reliability functions. • Strong background in test automation frameworks, CI/CD release validation, and regression management. • Experience operating Site Reliability Engineering practices at scale, including monitoring, observability, incident management, and problem management. • Proven experience defining, monitoring, and reporting against SLAs and service-level objectives. • Experience working within banking, financial services, or another regulated technology environment. • Strong focus on operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement.
