Reliability Engineer

Role Description The Reliability Engineer role at TAHADI Marketing Dubai is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Reliability Engineer will analyze equipment performance and uniform production processes to identify reliability issues and recommend improvements that reduce downtime and defects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting failure analysis, performing reliability-centered maintenance assessments, and supporting troubleshooting activities for machinery and production lines. The role involves collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to develop preventive maintenance plans, track reliability metrics, and implement corrective actions. The Reliability Engineer will also document findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product consistency and service reliability.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance to design and improve maintenance strategies.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Failure Analysis capabilities to investigate root causes of equipment and process issues.Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems in production and equipment.Beneficial qualifications include experience in manufacturing or textiles, familiarity with maintenance management systems, and knowledge of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability).Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related) and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment are preferred.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement are highly valued.
