Reliability Engineer

The Opportunity - Contingent Employment As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and safety of critical equipment and systems supporting gasification and power production. You will work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to reduce unplanned downtime, investigate equipment failures, implement predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities✅ Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of critical plant equipment.✅ Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability.✅ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.✅ Analyze operational and maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.✅ Support reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), FMEA, and other reliability improvement methodologies.✅ Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to optimize plant performance.✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and industry best practices.✅ Prepare reliability reports, recommendations, and performance metrics to support decision-making.✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, data analysis, and predictive maintenance technologies.What We Are Looking ForEducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Professional certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly desirable.Experience6 years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, or Maintenance Engineering within energy, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments.Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring is advantageous.Technical ExpertiseReliability Engineering principles and methodologies.Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Predictive and preventive maintenance programs.CMMS and maintenance management systems.Data analysis and performance monitoring tools.Knowledge of gasification and power generation equipment and processes.Apply NowIf you are passionate about asset reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, we would like to hear from you.#ReliabilityEngineer #MaintenanceEngineering #PowerGeneration #Gasification #CMRP #CRE #EngineeringJobs #IndustrialEngineering #SaudiArabiaJobs #Jazan #JIGPC
