To implement and coordinate a comprehensive Employee Health, Safety and Environmental System for the employees of Vallourec.The Reliability Engineer is responsible for applying different reliability methodologies to improve machines performances, increase uptime and reduce costs. The role drives maintenance performance as per the dominant drivers for the business requirements, defines reliability strategies and execute reliability competencies.ResponsibilityResponsible for defining risk management and safety measures for the new machines or projects.conduct risk assessments and help organization with loss elimination and lifecycle asset management.Responsible for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategies.Define/update Asset criticality and maintenance strategies according to asset context.Interacts with maintenance manager, planner, scheduler, and supervisors to secure appropriate resources and inputs to plan and implement maintenance best practices and VMMS methodologies.Assist maintenance department to define and execute VMMS and reliability roadmaps.Evaluate any requested changes on equipment and processes.Improve weak components according to measured KPI and performance analysis.Build and follow asset renewal plan and MARP for AA,A,B,C machines.Evaluate the criticality of the spare parts and define the proper strategies for stock replenishment.Support the development of TPM projects by guiding professional maintenance teams on the best practices to restore machine basic conditions and improve weak components.Drive maintenance predictive maintenance program to improve maintainability and improve maintenance performance.Required ExperienceNecessary: Job experienceMin 5 years’ experience, preferably in same industry or in similar industry.Knowledge and experience in all reliability engineering tools and practices DRCA , PMO , HERCA , TWTTP , FMEA, MARP.Knowledge and experience in CMMS.Good background of mechanical systems.Experience in predictive maintenance.Skills & Knowledge:Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written,Participate in design reviews and documentation, update to supervisor on work progress.Have knowledge of industry standard on equipment design, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.Educate training must be conducted to technicians.Able to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals etc.,Independent, self-starter with good written, communication and analytical skillsPerforms a variety of tasks,A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required,Computer literate,English language fluencyWished: Decision making skills and Ability to work as part of a team.Linguistic KnowledgeLanguage 1: English RequiredLanguage 2: Arabic and French are plus.
